Connexions Web Solutions was called to the aid of a large corporation recently. OME Drilling is a well-known drilling company which operates internationally and is particularly well known in Queensland, North Australia. Part of the Tarleton Group, OME is run out of Hong Kong.

After their email had been down for over a week, their Admin Director, Vanessa Stanley-Johns was recommended to contact us. Our reputation in Hong Kong is one of being able to solve difficult IT problems efficiently.

Although as a result of the time difference we were only notified about the issue late on Friday afternoon, we were able to provide a solution on Saturaday morining which reactivated their email within thirty minutes!

Matt Twynam is delighted to have been able to help - and is fairly pleased to have got one over on the Australians! He commented: "It's not very often the Poms beat the Aussies at anything, but this is one of those rare occasions".
