Based at Waterside House in Penryn, near Falmouth, our trained engineers have a wealth of experience in resolving all manner of IT related issues quickly and professionally. We undertake PC repairs, small and large scale network installation and maintenance, updates and upgrades, wireless network installations and much more.

Whichever type of business support contract you choose you can have the peace of mind to know that your IT support issues will be dealt with rapidly and efficiently.

Support Account

Use us just when you need us. We will keep track of call outs and remote repairs and at the end of each month we will send you a bill to cover all work done. You have 14 days to make payment. That's it! Professional IT business support without the hassle.

• On site: £48 per hour
• Remote: £19.99 per half hour or £36.00 for an hour
• No contract, just an account
• Single combined monthly invoice

Full Support Contract

For companies looking to obtain IT Support with a fixed budget.

• £25.00 per month for the first PC, additional PCs charged at £5.00 per month
• First PC comes with 2 hours support. An additional 1 hours support is given per 3 PC's
• Additional hours: Onsite £36.00 per hour (Normal rate £48.00)
