We register ourselves as administrative contact with the registration authorities on your behalf, in order to deal with any technical queries that arise. The domain name itself is your property; there will be no charge to transfer it, subject to all fees being paid up to date.

What does my fee cover?

• Registration of the domain name with the appropriate registration authorities.
• Setting up, running and maintaining the domain name records.
• Setting up your mail (MX) records.
• Forwarding of e-mail through your domain name to your personal e-mail address. This means that your published e-mail addresses will not change if you change your ISP.
• Anti-virus protection & scanning of all e-mail.
• Spam filtering of all e-mail.
• Up to 10 POP3 boxes. Additional POP3 boxes can be purchased. As standard we provide webmail functionality for all POP boxes - allowing direct access to your e-mail via a web browser, giving complete access from any computer anywhere in the world.
• A standard holding page will be set up free of charge for domain names with no website currently hosted on them. This service will enable you to retain any domain name that is appropriate to your business. Should you wish to then instruct us to set up a fully functional website, we will be pleased to quote for your requirements.
• If you have a web advert on the Cornish Connexions web site (www.connexions.co.uk), we will redirect the Domain Name to this advert.
• We register ourselves as administrative contact with the registration authorities on your behalf. This is in order to deal with any technical queries and to obtain registration certificates if issued. If at any time you wish to transfer the domain name away, we offer a FREE of charge transfer, subject to all fees being paid up to date. The actual Domain name itself is always your property.
